Welcome to Woodland Book Nook!

I am so excited to bring a bookshop to Sublette County!

A little about our store, well let's start at the beginning shall we? It really started several years ago, as an answer to my mom's question. "What am I going to do with your dads enormous library?" We both laughed and cried as we talked about it and I jokingly said, "I should open a bookstore!" As time went on I fell in love with the idea of my very own little book shop and started to dream.  Books are one of my passions and when the idea came to me that I could share this wonderful obsession of mine with others I of course......was TERRIFIED! Truly! I have been a stay at home Mom, which by the way is my BIGGEST passion, and the thought of opening a store on my own, spending our life savings and putting my heart on the line, it was just too much.

Then I thought to myself, well maybe I could just see if there was even a place that I could set up shop. There was. Ahhhh! After many, many sleepless nights of secretly planning in my head and wondering if this was an answer to my prayers I approached my family with the idea. I was scared! To my relief and utter joy they were all so very supportive of me and just so you all know, I wouldn't be here today without every one of them!!! Thank you my Dearhearts!!

My dream, in this venture of mine, would be to help everyone to have their very own library full of books that they could curl up with, whether  alone or with a loved one, and just get lost in a story.

It was a long road getting this dream to come true but here we are almost 2 years later and I'm still sharing my passion with anyone that comes through my doors! I hope you are next!

Book Nook

My hope with opening a bookstore is to share my love of books and to help you find the passionate reader that is inside everyone!  I will work tirelessly to help you find just the right book that will capture your heart or at least your mind, if you just give me the chance.  I dare you, in fact I double dare you to challenge me to find a book that will win you over to the dark-chocolate-side-of-life.  What's that you say?  It's like when you take a sip of hot chocolate and let the deep, dark, deliciousness warm you right down to your toes and you just close your eyes and sigh...Now who doesn't want that in their life I ask!  I enjoy researching and finding books to fill every nook and cranny in my shop and I especially love when someone comes in and asks me to help them find a book either for themselves or a loved one.  I also have enjoyed finding all kinds of different treasures for book lover's and I believe I have a very unique collection of gifts that you will not find anywhere else, or at least not anywhere around these parts!  I place orders every Friday so if you don't find what you want on my shelves I will get it in for you and I try hard to keep my prices as low as possible.  My used book section is very dear to me as the books there are from my Mom and Dad's lifetime collection and each one has a history as to how it came to be in their loving hands.   In the end, I hope when you step through my door that you can leave your cares behind you and find a magical, peaceful, and happy place to browse, escape and enjoy.
